To be considered, you MUST have:
National Diploma in Health and Skin Care (three years of study)
Reflexology and aromatherapy
ITEC or CIDESCO Certificate
Minimum 3 years experience in industry
Knowledge of world-class spa standards and procedures
You will need:
Strong leadership ability & management skills
Good communication skills
Organised and excellent admin skills
A developmental approach to staff
Solid computer skills – Excel and Word
Excellent personal presentation

Physical stamina
Your duties in this role will include:
Management of the spa and therapists to ensure deliver of excellent service to guests.
Monitor and evaluate treatments and ensure ongoing skills development for therapists.
Ensure that administration is completed timeously.
Ordering and control of spa stocks.
Manage guest pre-bookings effectively.
Communicate with therapists, lodge staff and spa partners continuously to ensure smooth running of the department.
Overseeing daily preparation of spa and gym and maintenance of all related equipment.
Hosting of Lodge Guests to Dinner occasionally.
With this position a salary of R9,000 is offered, this includes live in accommodation, meals and uniform as well as a contribution to Medical Aid and Provident Fund; on top of this there can be an Annual Bonus at the discretion of Management.
